An antidote to urban life as Yin focuses on releasing the connective tissue of the body.
Poses are held for long periods, allowing the student to relax as they express patience and quiet.
Aiming to embody stillness through body and mind whilst accessing deeper stretches/stresses and myofascial releases. The class has a beautiful ending — a long and deeply relaxing savasana, which is accompanied by a soundscape of alchemy crystal singing bowls.
This is a soothing self-care practice.
